How long in advance do I need to book a camper?
In most cases we don't need advanced notice to get you a camper. However, the GA National Fairgrounds shows tend to book up fast, sometimes 6 to 12 months in advance.
Are there any additional fees?
Yes. We charge $10/day for insurance, $35 one time cleaning fee (laundry/dishes), and if you're getting it delivered, typically a delivery fee that will be included in your quote.
Is there a minimum stay for bookings?
Yes. I have a 3 might min for bookings. (One exception, if you request a booking within 14 days and I have a camper available I will do a 2 night booking)
Do I have to be present for delivery and/or pickups?
Yes. We like to do an in-person walk thru with our customers to ensure they're comfortable with everything.
What are the pick-up/drop-off times for your campers?
I can usually accommodate your desired time. Sunday morning is my biggest challenge as I'm usually not available until after 12:00pm for church. Additionally, depending on how many I have scheduled that day, we might have to adjust times. I will communicate those expectations in advance as best as possible.
How far do you deliver?
Well that depends on how much you want to pay....but typically I'll deliver about 120 miles away. I charge $2.00/mile so a 120 mile delivery/pickup would total $480.
Do you setup the camper when you deliver it?
Yes. You won't have to do anything but unload your luggage. I will setup/teardown so you won't have to worry about any of that. I will go over everything you need to know in the walkthrough and we have instruction manuals in the campers to assist with most questions you might have.
Do you offer a discount?
Yes. We offer a 10% discount for current/retired military. We also reward repeat customers so any future rentals will save you 10% as well.
Do you allow pets?
Yes. We understand folks like to travel with their pets so we're pet friendly. Of course we ask that your pets respect the camper and any damaged will be deducted from your deposit.
